It’s affordable luxury

Partners in Time aims to be flexible – because everyone is different, we have three different pricing packages plus our Property Package. Tell us what you need and we can agree the most appropriate approach for you.

Pay As You Go

This package offers complete flexibility – simply use us when you need us.  Lifestyle management is charged at £50 per hour.

Six Month Time Bank

Enjoy a discount of 12.5% and buy 8 hours of time for £350 (payable in advance) and use it as you need to over a 6 month period.  Simply buy more time when you run out.

Monthly Time Bank

Enjoy a discount of almost 20% and buy 8 hours a month (for a minimum of 4 months) for £325 (payable in advance), with any additional monthly time charged at £40 per hour.

Property Package

Our property package supports self-managing landlords.  We don’t find tenants, collect rent or hold your deposit.  What we do is be your “gofer” on the ground.  We are the first port of call if your tenants need help and we sort out household and maintenance problems as they arise.

We charge a flat annual fee (payable in advance) starting at £850, depending on location and size of property.

Property Package Plus

Our Property Package Plus gives you a bit more support, if you need it, when you have a change of tenants.  For example, we can help you throughout the process of your letting agent finding you new tenants if required, ensuring they have keys, liaising with your existing tenants about viewings and negotiating with your tenants (existing and potential) about what is required when moving out and moving in .  We can also arrange for your inventory check in (for new tenants) and check out (of old tenants), if this is something not provided as a part of your letting agent’s service. Not only that, but we will organise fixing the inevitable small “wear and tear” repairs that are always required when tenants move out for you too.

Our Property Package Plus is the same as our Property Package plus an additional £350 whenever you have a change of tenants.
